Prison Reform Trust Strategic Plan 2024–2029

The Prison Reform Trust (PRT) has an ambitious Strategic Plan for 2024–2029, under the leadership of CEO Pia Sinha, who took the helm in April 2023. ​This marks a pivotal moment for PRT, signalling a fresh approach towards achieving the organisation’s vision of a fair, humane, and effective justice system. The strategic plan is structured around two key lanes: the foundation lane, focusing on strengthening core activities like our advice and information service, prisoner engagement, and policy advocacy; and the innovation lane, aimed at developing new projects to impact policy and practice on the operational front-line.
