Job opportunity: Building Futures programme coordinator

The Prison Reform Trust is looking to recruit a programme coordinator for the Building Futures programme.

The Building Futures programme is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund and concerns the way of life for very long sentenced prisoners. The Prison Reform Trust wants to listen to long-term prisoners and empower them to have a strategic influence over how the prison service responds to the challenge of a much larger number of people who will be serving 10 years or more inside.

Job details

Contract: Fixed term – 1-year maternity cover September 2023-August 2024 (tbc)

Location: hybrid-minimum 2 days a week in Prison Reform Trust office based in Farringdon.  Some travel will be expected.

Salary: £41,701 per annum full-time, (including London weighting)

This role involves supporting our research/advocacy work with people serving long sentences, including leading on work with women serving long term sentences.
