If you know someone in prison in need of advice and information they can contact our service in the following ways.
Our service is very busy at the moment and we are trying to keep the advice line as free as possible for people calling from prison.
***If you are a family member or friend of someone in prison we would appreciate it if you could contact us by email at advice@prisonreformtrust.org.uk or pass our freephone number on to your loved one.***
If you are concerned about a person in prison and would like support yourself, you may wish to contact the Prisoners’ Families Helpline on 0808 808 2003 between 9am and 8pm.
