Domestic Abuse Bill: second reading in the House of Lords
We continue to support calls for a statutory defence for women who offend as a result of experiencing domestic abuse and welcome the strong support given by The Bishop of Gloucester and Helena Kennedy in yesterday’s Second Reading of the Bill in the House of Lords.
